Common Measurement and Control Panel

Common Measurement and Control Panel

This panel is designed for 110kV, 66kV, and 35kV substations to collect analog quantities (bus voltage) and switch statuses from non-dedicated bays. It integrates telemetry, teleindication, telecommand, and teladjustment functions, supporting RS‑485, dual Ethernet, and fiber optic communications. With robust insulation, mechanical strength, and anti‑interference performance, it ensures reliable remote monitoring and control of breakers, disconnectors, transformer taps, and auxiliary power systems.

Product Overview
The Common Measurement and Control Panel is mainly used for the acquisition of analog quantities (e.g., bus voltage) and switch quantities except dedicated bays in voltage classes of 110 kV, 66 kV, 35 kV, etc. The panel is primarily composed of a common measurement and control device, a communication management device, electrical switching components, and some auxiliary wiring materials.

📡 Core Functions (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition)

  • Telemetry (Remote Measurement) – Transmits operational parameters from the substation to the dispatch center, including active power P, reactive power Q, current I of main transformers and transmission lines, various bus voltages, main transformer temperature, and other measured values.
  • Teleindication (Remote Status Indication) – Sends equipment status signals from the substation to the dispatch center, including position status of circuit breakers and disconnectors, relay protection operation status, and tap position of on-load tap-changing transformers.
  • Telecommand (Remote Control) – Enables remote operation via remote commands, including remote tripping and closing of circuit breakers or disconnectors.
  • Teladjustment (Remote Adjustment) – Adjusts various parameters at the substation end via remote commands, such as changing transformer tap positions and adjusting generator active power output.
